Casa Caborca was far and beyond my expectation. I was walking around trying to get a bite, and I found this hidden jewel. The food was amazing, prices were more than fair and the service was very good. I would encourage you to check it out.
This was by far the best burger I have had in Mexico, and amongst the best I have had anywhere. They could have used an extra server but the ones there were great. The burger done tres Quatros (something like medium wellish) was so so good. Can't comment on anything else since we didn't try it. Value for the quality is top notch
